Click, click, click, click…
I’ll tell you what I feel like lately: it’s that feeling of mounting anticipation with every “click” sound that a roller coaster makes as it’s pulling you to the top. The higher up you go, the more of a ride you know you’re in for in the coming moments. So, I’ve been signing publishing/licensing documents for the songs on the album, “click.” I’ve been approving artwork, “click.” I’ve met with various members of my team to discuss the new launch, “click, click.” I came home to find a shipment of 8×10’s and THE PACKAGED ALBUM!!! at my front door, “click, click”! I’ve been watching the radio ‘adds’ come in via my email inbox, “CLICK, CLICK, CLICK”! Once again, no, I’m not River Dancing to The Devil Went to Georgia; this is a metaphor about a roller coaster. Stay with me here… That was more for me than you, actually;). To continue, it’s a very exciting time! All I know is I really want to keep hearing those “Clicks”! I can handle the anticipation: I just want a heck of a ride! So, thanks everyone so much for your support, and with your help, the coming months will be an adventure. Besides all that, now that I’ve got the album in my hands, it looks great, it’s got my heart and soul recorded on it, and I just can’t wait for you to hear it! Thanks!

New Beginnings and a Fresh Coat of Paint
Howdy,
Among the many changes, “new beginnings,” in my life, one of them is that Stephanie and I have a new place to live, our first home! We’re still settling in, and I’m still settling into some other “beginnings.” In the next few days I’ll start promoting my new single “Desperate Man,” another adventure. Also, in a little over a month, my debut album “Complicated Hearts” will be released. As much as I love each song on it, and thus each single released, I’m most excited for everyone to hear the album as a whole. It was a real labor of love! This new house of ours is also turning out to be a labor of love. We decided that every interior wall needed a new coat of paint, to clean it up, and make it our own. Guess who, with his flexible schedule, wound up working 18-hour days over the past three weeks to get the job done? Did you guess me? You’ve got it! In the same way, my web staff and graphic artists have been working diligently to give the website and the album art a “new coat of paint.” I think it’s looking pretty doggon good, right?! Anyway, life is about change, and it’s much easier to accommodate when it’s change for the good! Thanks for being a part of a new beginning with me.
